My sweet little boy...

So Noah is full of fun quotes these days. Here are a few of the best in my opinion:

I was laying down with Noah at his bed time. He likes to talk a bit before he goes to sleep and he said, "Mommy, I love you, sometimes". Gee thanks!

Noah and I went to the grocery store a couple of weekends ago together and he tells me, "Mommy, I love Daddy and I love Seffie, but not you". Again Gee Thanks! I'm beginning to think its a gender thing...only the boys!

We were riding home from church several Sundays ago and the moon was still out. I pointed it out to Noah and he said the moon was lost. He then proceeded with "For I get lost, you will come find me. Jesus always with me". Hallelujah he is listening in church and Sunday school!

Noah was laying in bed with Seth and me yesterday morning and he informed me that if you look at someone with a mean face "your heart is broken".

This past Sunday we were at church late for a meeting and Noah was extremely hungry when we left. Noah made is very clear he would like to go to the taco store (this mean Freebirds...we are creating a little Aggie!).

Another little tidbit...Noah is doing very well in Sunday School this fall. The kids will be singing in front of the church on November 16th, so we shall see how he does with that!

A few things Noah has learned...

Noah is 3-1/2 now and is like a sponge. He is learning so much and picks up all kinds of things. Here are a few examples of what he is leaning at school and a few cute phrases:

Things that I probably would not teach him (learned at school):

* "Shake your booty" (he then turns around and shakes his booty)

* "Shut up" (this I have explained is not a nice thing to say to people)

* "Oh my gawd" (I don't know if a teacher or a student says this...this one I am having trouble getting out of his vocabulary)

Things that are sweet:

* "Jesus is in my heart"

* "Seffie is so cute"

Seth's Homecoming

On Wednesday, August 27, Cesar and I brought Noah home. Nana, Dooda, and Uncle Travis were also home to welcome little Seth. Frankie was aprehensive at ut realized there was nothing he could do! He has decided to ignore Seth but use all of his baby fixtures (he thinks the changing pad is his sleeping quarters).

"What is this!!! You brought ANOTHER one home!!!"

Day 2 for Baby Seth!

On Day 2, Noah threw his little brother a Go Diego Go! birthday party at the hospital. Nana, Noah, Dooda, and Uncle Travis iced cupcakes the night before and brought them with Diego hats, napkins, and plates. Everyone had a great time!

Seth is Here!

Well Seth joined our clan on Monday, August 25 @ 13:26. He weighed 8 lbs 2 oz and was 21 1/2 inches long! Cesar and I checked in to the hospital at around 6 AM. Nurse Nikki and Doctor Olvera were present at the birth. Nurse Nikki was there when Noah was born, so now she has officially become one of the Ontiveros family! Nana, Dooda, and Uncle Travis was also on hand to welcome Seth. Nana had taken Noah to school that morning and then picked him up to join us at the hospital! Here are some pictures of Seth's Birthday!

A few more Noah-isms

Cesar and I have been trying to really pay attention to Noah's new phrases because they are just so cute and funny. Here are a few more Noah originals:

"Last weekend, we (insert story)" - Everything regarding time is referred to last weekend whether it was a month ago, last weekend, or five minutes ago.

"Well....actually...(insert whatever he is telling you)" - This involves quite a bit of facial expression, thinking, and pauses.

The other night Noah was getting ready for bed and asked me to sleep with him. Cesar asked him if he could sleep with him and Noah said "No Mommy, I luff you Daddy". He wanted to make sure that Daddy knew he still loved him...too cute.

Cesar and I finally got Noah saying his school table prayer on video. I need to figure out how to get that on here. It is too precious....I am not biased or anything!

Noah Phrases...

Noah has become quite the linquist lately...meaning he is talking a lot. Here are a few of his "best of"s:

"That's that way to do it, Mom"

"You just go like dat!"

"I no need to wash my hair" (this is a constant struggle)

"Dat's muscle food" (we call anything with protein in it muscle food)

"You so silly"

"You a dirdy birdy"

"I like my uncles" (Noah is infatuated with his uncles right now...he loves to be around them)

"Dats for Seff" (Any baby item is automatically for Baby Seth)
